Friends Against Phones is in a private beta on iPhone. If something here doesn't answer your question, write to us.
Ending a session early
Hold the ring to end it. If you're offline, choose Deactivate without credit: your shield comes off at once and the session counts for nothing.
Screen Time access
The app needs it to put up the shield. Turn it back on in Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access, or from You → Screen Time access in the app. Turning it off during a session can cost you the rest of that session's credit.
A new iPhone
Your account works on one iPhone at a time. Sign in on the new one and choose to move your account there. Any session running on the old phone ends, and your groups approve your kept apps again, because an approval belongs to the phone it was made on.
What the app sees
Never which apps or websites you use, or for how long. Apple keeps those on your iPhone. Your friends see your name, photo, Focus Time and how many apps you keep, not which.
Deleting your account
You → Delete account. End any running session first, and hand over or empty groups you own.
Reporting someone
Open their name on a group's board and choose Report…; a group itself from its settings. Reports are read by the developer, never by the person reported.
